---This is something that I have been working on for a while. I call it a social theory but, if you want you can call it my guess about how the world and society works.
---Let the fun begin:
---1) An individual chooses between what they hate and what they like of the available options.
---Every second of your life is you choosing between doing an action and not doing that action, depending on what the results of that action might be. For example: cross a street or don't cross a street. It all depends on if you want to get to the other side.
---2) An individual will always choose what they like of the available options.
---Another way of saying this is that an individual will make the most self-serving choice available, based on their moral background and their sense of ethics.
---This does not mean that you take pleasure in the choice. You may have two options that you can say you hate but, if you have to choose between one or the other, you will end up thinking, "I hate this option but, I REALLY HATE this other option, so I guess in the end I like the first option better."
---3) What the individual likes will have a Butterfly/Domino Effect on society and the world.
---Some of you may have seen the movie 'The Butterfly Effect' or watched a million dominos fall down. It involves the same idea. And guess what; a human being is a little bit bigger than a butterfly and a domino. Don't you think that what you do might have a bigger effect?
---Another way of understanding it is to look up the Law of Causality or in easier terms: for every effect there is a cause.
---Conclusion: The world is the way it is because, we like it this way. Otherwise, we would change it.
---Everything that people have been saying (for the past few decades, centuries or millennia) we hate having in society: rape, murder, people starving, people homeless, tracts of forest being slash and burned, racism, wars, pedophilia, cannibalism, theft, ignorance, drunk driving, toxic waste and the greed of Mammon (There are many more things that could be listed but, I will leave that for you to do.), we like having in society.
---Because if you like having the factors that create these things in your own life (apathy, greed, self-dishonesty, bigotry, etc), then you are responsible for them being a part of society. Why? Because an individual creates society by existing and when they interact with other individuals.
---Stop saying, "Aw, f@$k it. I'll let the next generation or the next person worry about fixing those problems." Don't forget, you are the next generation and the next person (no matter how young you are or how old you get).
---Please read these discussions first, as I might have already answered a question you have in mind:

Or ignore them and then talk to me.
---Side notes. The definition of the word like I am using is the v. intr.
1. To have an inclination or a preference: If you like, we can meet you there.
dictionary.reference.com/search?q=like
---This hypothesis uses a stretch of the definition but, it is still the same definition. For example (to use a metaphor): On a table in a room is 5 groups, each one is a small amount of money. There is a one dollar bill, 4 quarters, 10 dimes, 20 nickels and 100 pennies. 5 individuals are told to each go in and take one of the groups and then come out and tell the others what they have. They do so. Then an argument arises as each of them starts disagreeing with the idiot who picked up the dollar bill and told the others, "Hey look, we each got a dollar." One person says, "I have ten dimes. I don't have a dollar." The next says, Its not a dollar, it's four quarters." Then comes, "Not a dollar, 100 pennies." and "Not a dollar, 20 nickels."
---The problem arises out of the four individuals arguing the 'specifics' of what they each have and not agreeing the 'general' of them each having a dollar. Each of the coin individuals was technically correct; they didn't have a dollar. But... .
---This will be a problem here as has arisen on the other sites, but hopefully the above example will allow this discussion to get past such problems.
------I don't have an internet connection for my computer and use library and internet cafe computers. This does not allow me to answer any of your posts immediately, so please be patient if an answer takes a day or up to a week to answer.
---If you think that I am fishing for arguments, you are correct but, I am seriously looking for individuals who can prove this hypothesis incorrect on the planetary scale that is offered above.
