			<description><![CDATA[ In the U.S., the State does recognize restriction on religious practice if it violates law (polygamy, snake handling, drug possession, etc) so the freedom to
exercise is  not absolute.  In a bizarre kind of twist, the only advocacy I&#39;m aware of lately on the practice of infanticide was put forth by
self-identified Secular Humanists as a possible method of population control.

I have my own concerns about the interpretation of the exact wording. When it states &quot;...or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,...&quot; does that mean
that religious practice is unrestricted? This leads to the extreme example in order to test the First Amendment: if a religion arises which believes in child
sacrifice do we allow them to carry it out? Does the... ]]></description>
